The snatch, one of the two Olympic lifts, is very technical.  Each class we offer includes skill training, and a snatch workout is no different.  However, if you feel that you need more practice with the Olympic lifts, sign up for our Olypmic lifting classes on Wednesdays at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 10:00am. http://www.hoosiercrossfit.com/specialty-classes/

WOD:
A. Snatch skill work

B. EMOM x 12 min:
Sn. Deadlift + hang snatch (above knee) + OHS
Min 1-4: 1-3 reps at light loads
Min 5-8: 1-2 reps at mod loads
Min 9-12: 1 rep at mod-heavy load
