The Rookie Rumble at Hoosier CrossFit on August 13 is designed for those who are competitive at heart, but but not ready to compete with RX loads and skills. Participants complete 3 workouts heat-style that test a wide-range of strengths and weaknesses. Learn more information and register starting June 13!

WOD:
30 rounds: Run
40 sec. of moderate pace, with 20 sec walk rest between each round.
pacing: This workout has 1 pace, focus on maintaining a consistent and sustainable pace for all 30 rounds.
*NOTE- you will need a watch/stop watch for this workout.The class will run south on the B-line trail, as we did for the 5k run time trail, run south for 15 intervals, then turn around and run back for 15 intervals, with the goal being of maintaining the same pace and ending up back at the gym where we began.
