Tuesdays and Thursdays are our busiest days. In addition to regular CrossFit classes for the general athlete,  we have CrossFit Light for beginners and Performance classes for elite athletes.  We love when the gym is full of energy!

Nose-to-Wall Handstand Hold x 45-60 seconds

Side Planks x 30 seconds each side
