B. Unbroken wallball cascade AMRAP 5 min:
1 rep = 10’/9’/8′ UB.
*pick a weight you can get to all 3 heights completed unbroken. if you begin a set of the cascade and do not get it completed ub, you must begin that set over again from 10′.
