WOD:
A. Back Squat 5×3 @ 80% of your 3rm from week 1.

B. Hollow hold/arch hold skill work + hollow-arch rolls

C. Tabata- 20 on x 10 off x 8: hollow hold + roll right arch + hollow hold+ roll left arch.
