This Saturday(10/26) at the Old National Centre in Indianapolis CrossFit NapTown is hosting Barbells for Boobs! Barbells for Boobs is a non-profit organization that provides funding to pay for breast cancer detection services as a last resort for thousands of people who don’t qualify for assistance elsewhere. The Event is “Grace,” 30 clean and jerks for Time. For a small fee, you can participate in heats for scaled and RX divisions, plus a breast cancer survivor heat, and a heat you can join in memory of someone who lost their fight. WOD: 6 week cycle re-test WOD: ‘DT’
5 rounds for time:
12 deadlift
9 hang power clean
6 shoulder-overhead (105,155#)

*same weight/bar for all movements, scale to ~50-60% of power clean or ~100% of strict shoulder press for those who are newer. This workout should be a challenging weight, but should be accomplished in a 20 min or under time frame.
