The On-Ramp CrossFit Foundations course is a pre-requisite for advancing to our regular group classes.
The course will benefit all ages and abilities, including the following:
- athletes who have never been exposed to CrossFit
- people who are just getting back into a fitness routine
- anyone who thinks they have passed the age to do what we do at Hoosier CrossFit
The Details
The On-Ramp CrossFit Foundations course lasts one month (12 sessions). Sessions are taught by the owners and head trainers at Hoosier CrossFit three times each week for four weeks. All classes are limited to 10 people for you to receive quality instruction. When you register for On Ramp, your membership will automatically renew for at least 1 month of group CrossFit classes.
A typical class will include:
- short warm-up
- techniques to improve flexibility
- skill training
- short workout encompassing the skills learned that day
(Approx. 10 minutes in length)
Please note, technique and mechanics of all movements will be taught first. Speed and intensity will come later. Relatively non-technical movements will progressively become more technical. Each day concludes with a short workout using your new skills and movements.
Price is $160 per participant.
Attendance policy: If you miss 3 or more classes throughout On Ramp, private training and additional fees may apply. We will not refund for missed classes, nor transfer credits towards another On Ramp. If you need to miss at least 3 classes, learn about our private training below.
Membership After On Ramp: Contracts will auto-renew to CrossFit classes. Every new client begins with our basic 15-class package after On Ramp unless otherwise noted on your membership form. We will send you emails during On Ramp to remind you of our policies.

Have special needs or limited schedule?
Private Training is available to clients who have special training needs or cannot attend most On Ramp classes. Our current rate is $50/hour. Before attending group classes, at least 3 private training classes are required, and may need up to 6. Set up your first appointment today!
