Step Three: Advance to our group classes.

After concluding your month-long On-Ramp CrossFit Foundations Course you may become a member and join our regular classes where you will meet new, awesome friends.

  • Limited session sizes—so you always receive individualized, hands-on training

Registering for classes

To register for classes the first time, you will need to contact us so we can add you to our Mind/Body scheduling program and provide you with a login. Current members are welcome to register for CrossFit classes here.

Already a CrossFitter?

Set up a one-on-one session. We will complete a short skills test and place you either into our core program or make a recommend for the Semi-private 12-session On-Ramp or Private Fast Track. Questions? Give us a call. (812) 340-0360.
