The Rookie Rumble at Hoosier CrossFit was designed for those who are competitive at heart, but but not ready to compete with RX loads and skills. 4 divisions will be available: Male Individuals, Female Individual, MM and FF teams. Sometimes it’s hard to know who is eligible to participate in a competition like this. If you take a look at the movement standards below, and wish it were more challenging with technical skills and heavier loads, this event isn’t right for you. We do not promise that the movement standards below will be in any workout; in addition, this is not an all-inclusive list of what will be programmed. It’s simply a way to determine if the scaling is appropriate for you.
