We will schedule 6 private sessions to complete your On Ramp essentials instruction in 2 weeks. Fast Track is a discounted private training opportunity; you’re committed to attending at least 1 month of CrossFit classes, immediately following the completion of On Ramp.

CrossFit - 3x

This is a 3x/week monthly membership package. It’s best to choose this package after On Ramp. The average price per class is only $8.50.

CrossFit - 4x

Within 3-6 months, increase to 4x/week monthly membership package to keep getting the results you want from CrossFit. The average price per class is only $7.16.

CrossFit - 5x

$139/month

Within 6-12 months, make CrossFit a part of your daily routine and sign up for the 5x/week monthly membership package. The average price per class is only $6.32.

About Your Membership

  • Monthly Memberships that are 3x, 4x, and 5x/week frequency automatically charged on the 1st of each month, until you submit the membership change form(see below)
  • Membership changes must be submitted at least 1 week before the automatic transaction that takes place on the 1st of the following month. If it is January 30th, and you submit a cancellation for an auto-payment that would process on February 1st, you did not cancel in time. You will be charged for February, and the auto-payment in March will be canceled.
  • Unused class credits do not roll over into the next month and we do not refund unused classes. However, if you have a 4x/week package, and attend 3 days this week, you can attend 5 days on another week as long as it’s within the same month.
  • Memberships packages are based on M-F availability, and Saturdays at 11 are complimentary when available. Our team is involved in the CrossFit and Bloomington community events that require us to close Some Saturdays throughout the year. Sign up for CrossFit knowing you can come to at least 3 weekdays.

Cancelling a Class

We understand that there are uncontrollable events once in a while, but you’re signing up because you want results and need accountability.  

  1. To Cancel a class: Mindbody => “My Info” tab => “my schedule” link
  2. If you cancel out of class at least 2 hours before, the class is credited to your account automatically.
  3. If you cancel out of class within 2 hours OR you skip class, then penalty is 1000m row your first offense, 2000m row your 2nd, 3000m row your 3rd, and so on.  You cannot particpate in class until the row is complete.
  4. If your class is before 9am, you must cancel by 10pm the night before.
  5. If stress, obligations, or fear is holding you back from attending regularly, contact us to discuss more.

Waitlisting a Full Class

If a class you want to attend is full, you can wait in line for the next available spot using the waitlist.

  1. To waitlist a class: Mindbody => “CrossFit classes” Tab, then sign into a full class.  You will be asked to waitlist.
  2. You will receive an email when you’re added to a class; it will always be at least 2 hours in advance.
  3. If you do not get into class, but show up anyway, you will be turned away if the class is full.
  4. If you are added from the wait list and don’t realize you got into class and you miss it, not only do you lose that class credit, you WILL have a penalty row. Use the mindbody app so you have access to your schedule on-the-go.
  5. To cancel out of line on a waitlist, go to “my info,” “my schedule,” and to the top right you should see where you have waitlists pending.

Seasonal Class Changes

We may take class times off the schedule due to low attendance, university seasonal schedules, or competition and events.  We may or may not prepare you for these changes in advance, and sometimes you may be already signed up for a class that we cancel.   This does not happen often or regularly, but can happen. If less than 3 people are signed up for a class within 24 hours, class will be canceled. Sometimes, due to our competition schedule, we need to cancel Friday evening or Saturday Classes. If you are enrolled, you will be sent an email.

Holiday Days: We will cancel all workouts on the following days and have 1 all-gym workout.

  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Halloween

Holiday Weeks: We will cancel major holidays and have an altered class schedule during that week(s).  

  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas
  • New Years

How to change your membership

  1. Fill out the submission for below at least 5 days before the 1st of the month (the billing date). If you submit within 5 days, you may be charged without refund.
  2. Include your stop date or frequency change. The page will refresh with a confirmation of your submission.
  3. There is nothing more you need to do.

CrossFit Light Memberships

All important information from Hoosier CrossFit is sent via email. Make sure you provide us with your true email address upon getting started.

About your membership

1. Unlike CrossFit Classes, memberships are not auto-renewing and you will purchase packages upon sign in.

2. CrossFit Light is trainer led with warm up, mobility/flexibility, skill prep, and workout. Being late for class is not acceptable.

4. You must sign into classes at least 2 hours before class.

5. You can sign into class up to 1 month in advance.

Class Cancellation Policy

If you enroll in a January or August On Ramp, you will see an option to pay $457 for 1 month of On Ramp + 3 months of unlimited CrossFit classes. This is up to $70 in savings!
