Relentless Boot camp by Hoosier CrossFit is a 4-week program that incorporates high-intensity interval training, kettle bell, medicine ball, resistance bands, and traditional sports conditioning. Our programming will provide variety within your fitness, focusing on building a foundation for strength and cardio conditioning.

A Typical Class
- Warm up: the warm up is intended to get the body ready for an intense experience. You’ll get the heart rate up, as well as increase your flexibility.
- Skill training: before hitting the workout of the day, we will ensure the movements performed in the workout are scaled to your needs. All movements will be reviewed to ensure your safety and efficiency for longevity within our program.
- Workout of the Day: The workout will vary
- Cool Down: gentle exercise can help return your breathing back to normal, plus help repair your muscles for the next session.
Relentless Bootcamp is 45 min in length, begins on time, and class sizes are limited, which increases personal attention given by the coach. We have years of experience working with all ability levels. Plus, by working out with a group of people, you will find yourself motivated to push harder and achieve more than you would on your own. We expect all members to respect each other and work together.
