STEP TWO
Sign up for On-Ramp CrossFit Foundations
The On-Ramp CrossFit Foundations course is mandatory before attending CrossFit classes. Classes emphasize skill development and exposure to the technical barbell skills in CrossFit workouts, as well as educating and correcting for proper techniques of all other movements. On Ramp is not necessary in order to attend our other programs.

STEP THREE
Become a Hoosier CrossFit member and advance to our group workouts.
After concluding your month-long On-Ramp Foundations Course you may become a member and join our regular classes. Be ready to meet new, awesome friends. A certified CrossFit trainer guides all sessions and we limit each session size so you always receive individualized, hands-on training.
