A. Back Squat
*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65%
*Set 2 – 4 reps @ 75%
*Set 3 – 3 reps @ 80%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 90%
*Set 6 – 8 reps @ 75-85%
Rest 2 minutes between sets.

B. Tabata pushups: 20 on x 10 off x 8 rounds
all out efforts on each round
*use a band around the hips attached to the cage if you have issues with keeping body straight/tight.

Extra Credit: Alternating Tabata 20 on x 10 off x 8 rounds:
odd rounds: hollow plank hold.
even rounds: arch superman hold.
