CrossFit training for everyone!
Your child will have an new experience accomplishing extraordinary activities as a Hoosier CrossFit athlete. Based on the idea of the popular “CrossFit Kids” he/she will learn how to properly squat, run, jump, pick up, push, pull, and flip objects. HCF athletes gain cardio endurance and practice agility, balance, coordination, speed, stamina, and accuracy in the form of agility grills and engaging workouts. As HCF athletes grow in skills and maturity, he/she will gain more strength and power by progressing with Olympic Lifting and Power Lifting. Our program incorporates teamwork, determination, persistence, and encouragement with a community of peers.Register for Kids and Teens Classes
