Coming This August
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Your child will have an new experience accomplishing extraordinary activities as a Hoosier CrossFit athlete. Classes will learn how to properly squat, run, jump, pick up, push, pull, and flip objects. They’ll gain cardio endurance and practice agility, balance, coordination, speed, stamina, and accuracy in the form of agility grills and engaging workouts. Our program incorporates teamwork, determination, persistence, and encouragement with a community of peers.
