 If you’re not sure where to start, it’s best to come in for a free intro or simply stop by during one of our class times.  We can describe CrossFit and help you learn more about our programs.  

CROSSFIT LIGHT: BEGINNERS
CrossFit light was designed as a basic starting place for new members who are looking to commit to an active lifestyle. Our goal was to create a program that was reasonably priced while receiving quality training by a highly qualified coach.  To start any fitness program, you need to communicate your movement needs and restrictions to the instructor.  Learn more here.
CROSSFIT CLASSES: GENERAL
CrossFit classes is our most popular program; after enrolling in On Ramp, you’ll sign up for classes in advance through our online software, mindbody.  Our CrossFit classes are capped to 12 so you receive personalized attention from a highly qualified coach in every class.  Your workouts are different every single day; they will never bore you and our coaches will know exactly how to give you a great workout.
