Sign up for On-Ramp CrossFit Foundations.
We care about your success. The On-Ramp CrossFit Foundations course emphasizes skill development and exposure to the basic movements in our CrossFit workouts, as well as educating and correcting for proper techniques. Our next 12-class On Ramp begins January 21 at 3:45pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Become a Hoosier CrossFit member and advance to our group workouts.
After concluding your month-long On-Ramp Foundations Course you may become a member and join our regular classes. Be ready to meet new, awesome friends. A certified CrossFit trainer guides all sessions and we limit each session size so you always receive individualized, hands-on training.
