Free Intro & On Ramp

STEP 1: There’s nothing to lose!  Make an appointment for a 1- hour FREE introduction!  You’ve read about your trainers and the frequently asked questions about our gym; now it’s time for your free introduction! We’ll show you the gym, explain the workouts, do a workout, and finally answer any questions.  Our time is valuable and appointments are limited.   Already a CrossFitter? Set up a 1-1!  We will test you out of all skill training programs or recommend the Semi-private 12-session On Ramp or Private Fast Track.
STEP 2: On Ramp is designed to prepare you for our CrossFit Classes; we cater to all ability levels and all ages.  

On-Ramp is meant for new clients who have never been exposed to CrossFit, clients who are just getting back into a fitness routine, or clients who think they have passed the age to do what we do.  On Ramp emphasizes skill development and exposure to the basic movements in our workouts.  Our objective is to educate and correct for proper technique at all times to ensure your safety and success.  On Ramp is a 1 month program that meets 3 times each week, 12 total sessions. Price is $150 per participant, equivalent to $12.50/class. On Ramp is a set schedule, and attendance is mandatory.  Life happens, so if you must miss, there is a $25 thirty minute private training fee if you are absent Day 1, 9, 11, or 12 and if you miss 2 classes in a row, or  3 or more classes throughout On Ramp.  Contact us if you have a schedule that conflicts with our On Ramp times.

During On-Ramp:
  • A typical class will include a short warm up, techniques on improving flexibility, skill training, and a short workout between 5-10 minutes in length.
  • You will be introduced to technique and mechanics of all movements first, then speed and intensity.
  • You will learn movements that begin relatively non-technical and will progressively become more technical.
  • Each day will conclude with a workout; as the program progresses, so will the difficulty.The difficulty of these workouts is, ultimately, in your hands.  The degree at which you push yourself will determine your own level of intensity during the workout.
  • CrossFit endorses The Zone and Paleo Diet.  You will receive ongoing nutritional support when you workout with us.
Private Training is available to clients who would like to begin CrossFit with a trainer 1 on 1.  Private training is best for those who have special training needs.  Our current rate is $50/hour.
