Sometimes you’re friends need a little push! Invite them to do a workout with you! This event isn’t only for members of our gym, though! If Someone is out there who wants to try our program, come risk free! We’re not charging for this FREE class!

On Ramp begins Monday, August 3rd, 2015 at 5:15pm and meets every Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday with the last day being Thursday, August 27th, 2015.

You’re attending On Ramp to learn CrossFit movements performed in our group classes.

Pricing:
$160 – 12 On Ramp Classes.
Available in January/August On Ramps to Students
$457 Student Only Package – 12 On Ramp Classes + 3 months of CrossFit Classes. This is our student unlimited package that is equivalent to $99/month of CrossFit classes for 3 months. Your membership end date is exactly 4-months after the first day of On Ramp.

Attendance:
On Ramp follows an educational curriculum; If you will miss too many classes, private training fees will be incurred to make up the skills you missed.

CrossFit Classes post On Ramp: Your membership will begin immediately when On Ramp concludes and you’re committing to at least 1 month of CrossFit classes. On the first day of On Ramp, we’ll ask you what Monthly package you’ll choose after On Ramp. There’s no exceptions. We will send you an email about a week before On Ramp is complete with instructions on how to register for CrossFit classes. You can sign into ANY class on our schedule.

Oaken Bucket WOD Vs. CF West Lafayette @ CrossFit West Lafayette

Hoosier CrossFit (IU) and CrossFit West Lafayette (Purdue) have our own spin on the Oaken Bucket tradition.  On the Saturday after Thanksgiving, all Hoosier CrossFitters are encouraged to participate in this friendly competition style gathering.  This year, we are traveling to CFWL.
We’ll arrive around 10am. After we settle in and warm up, we will begin our 1st of 3 fitness tests.  The winners at the end of the day are determined by the top scores from each workout. The most all-around fit team will come home with our very own oaken bucket.  Maybe you’ve seen the bucket behind the front desk? Come help us defend our title!
When it’s all over, we hang out with the CFWL crew at a local restaurant to celebrate a fun afternoon.

Join the HCF community at Shaun & Jenna’s house for a get together of sorts with your Ugliest Christmas sweater for good company, good food, good drinks and good times!

This will be a pitch in style hangout so bring your favorite food/drink to share! We will have board games, video games, card games and our fire pit will be ready to go for some fresh smores! (Non-Paleo)

Free Community Workouts are designed for anyone interested in learning more about CrossFit. You can bring a group of friends or come alone, we’ll help you feel right at home!

The first 15-20 minutes begins with introductions and an explanation of CrossFit Training.

Warm up: 5-10 minutes is all it takes to get your heart rate up, plus increase your flexibility to prepare you for the workout

Skill Training: most participants have never done CrossFit or their beginners to fitness. Because we believe in quality, all participants will be separated into groups to learn the movements in your workout with an expert coach.

The Workout: We design the workout for beginners in mind; it doesn’t mean it’s going to be easy, but it does mean the movements will be basic. The style of the workout is in teams. We’ll pair you up with 3 others to complete the 10-15 minute workout.

**if you struggle with prior injuries or need personalized instruction, we do not suggest participating in group classes. Sign up for free Intro tours that wee offer weekly on Mondays at 6:15pm or m Saturdays at 11am for a semi-private experience to discuss your needs**
