- Ongoing support with Weekly Meetings On Saturdays after the Team WOD

Stay engaged with Weekly Prizes! Every week, someone is entered into a raffle for completing a particular task. For example, last time you had to try a meat you’ve never had before. Anther time, you had to paleo sit during your entire dinner and take a picture of it.
Who is eligible to participate?
Any current member including On Rampers. Your friends at home can participate, but will not be eligible to win weekly prizes or win the challenge and earn a cash prize.
How to win.
You must be a current member and have maintained a 100% paleo diet for a full 6 weeks, maintain food/sleep/wod log, and show participation in weekly challenges, meetings, blog posts etc. We’ll take into consideration your results from the before/after WOD, before/after PHOTO, and before/after MEASUREMENTS.
