CrossFit Light

CrossFit Light is designed as scaled down version of CrossFit classes; because the movements are basic by design, you do not need On Ramp or pre-requisite experience before signing up! Classes are designed for you to gain strength, flexibility, and cardio conditioning using Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, and bodyweight movements. Every class is 45-minutes long and trainer-led by an expert coach.

Is CrossFit Light right for you? We are experts in scaling and modifying to the needs of our participants who communicate their limitations.  However, if you currently feel pain when you move, have restricted range of motion with an inability to squat, lunge, press, or more, group classes may not be right for you. Book a class

Monday at 6:15pm and Tuesday/Thursday at 7:15pm

  • The schedule changes seasonally; if we see low attendance we’ll make adjustments accordingly.

  3. Skill training to learn the movements in your workout
  4. A workout that’s different day to day, week to week.

CrossFit light has NO prerequisites. Sign up today or fill out the form below for a free tour. If you would like to attend our traditional CrossFit classes that provides classes early morning, midday and evening, you are required to enroll in On Ramp to learn technical skills.

  • 1 class is $10, 2x/week monthly rate is $49 and 3x/week monthly rate is $69.
  • When your membership expires, you are prompted to purchase again. An automatic payment does not apply to CrossFit Light.
  • To ensure a spot in class, you must sign up in advance.

  • Choose a class time you want to sign in to
  • It will prompt you to Create a profile, then “Make a single reservation”
  • Choose which pricing package you would like, then make purchase in the shopping cart. Credits are added to your account and you can continue to book classes in the CrossFit Light tab.
