CrossFit Light

Maybe you’ve heard from some friends how awesome Hoosier CrossFit is, including our supportive community, knowledgeable coaches, and quick results.  There can be a few reasons holding you back from starting our CrossFit classes; we’ve listened and you’re in luck!

CrossFit Light meets the needs of new members who are on a budget or needs an “easier” CrossFit experience to get started with a new fitness routine. All workouts are designed for you to gain strength, flexibility, and cardio conditioning.  All movements are basic, functional, and will provide you a great workout!  You can schedule into any class time and sign out at your convenience!

Class Schedule:  See our schedule, plus register here.  The schedule changes seasonally; if we see low attendance we’ll make adjustments accordingly.  If you would like to see a time not on our schedule, let us know! Email info@hoosiercrossfit.com.

Current Schedule:
Mondays: 5:15pm
Tuesdays: 5:45pm
Wednesdays: 5:15pm
Thursdays: 5:45pm

 A typical CrossFit Light class is 45 minutes and includes the following:

  1. Short warm-up
  2. Flexibility
  3. Skill training to learn the movements in your workout
  4. A workout that’s different day to day, week to week.

Pre-requisits:  CrossFit light has NO prerequisites.  You can register RIGHT now by choosing the links below.  If you would like to continue to our traditional CrossFit classes, you are required to enroll in On Ramp to learn highly technical skills.

Pricing structure:

  • Drop in for $10 single class.
  • New members attend 8 CrossFit Light classes for $49 your first month.  No commitment or hassles for long term contracts.  No Refunds. No reimbursements for missed classes.  Missed classes do not roll over to the next month.
  • CrossFit Light classes continue each month thereafter for $75 unlimited membership, with automatic renewing payments.

Membership Details: Your membership with the $75 unlimited will automatically renew on the 1st or the 15th (your choice upon sign up).   Automatically renew means every month we will continue to charge you until you let us know of cancellation.  You can sign into any class time in the CrossFit Light classes tab.  Attend 1 per day. We believe in commitment; If you skip a class that you’re signed into, there are penalties.

How to sign up?

  1. Choose any option below. It will take you to Mindbody online client software.
  2. Choose a class time you want to sign into
  3. It will prompt you to Create a profile, then “Make a single reservation”
  4. Choose $10 drop in or $49 for your first month.  If you want to continue with unlimited for $75, find “contracts” at the top right.  The rest should be easy!
