CrossFit Light is designed as scaled down version of CrossFit classes; because the movements are basic by design, you do not need On Ramp or pre-requisite experience before signing up! Classes are designed for you to gain strength, flexibility, and cardio conditioning using Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, and bodyweight movements. Every class is 45-minutes long and trainer-led by an expert coach.
Is CrossFit Light right for you? We are experts in scaling and modifying to the needs of our participants who communicate their limitations. However, if you currently feel pain when you move, have restricted range of motion with an inability to squat, lunge, press, or more, group classes may not be right for you.
