CrossFit For your Kids and Teens: Your child will have an new experience accomplishing fun activities! He/she will learn how to properly squat, run, jump, pick up, push, pull, and flip objects. They will gain cardio endurance and practice agility, balance, coordination, speed, stamina, and accuracy in the form of games and engaging workouts. As their skills and maturity grow, they will gain more strength and power by progressing with Olympic Lifting and Power Lifting. Your child will learn determination, persistence, and encouragement with a community of peers.

Looking to get started with cross fit my friend Ellie B. does cross fit @ your gym. I’m a pilates instructor so my core if fit however, need to work on some other ares. My daughter who is 18 is also interested, she will be finished with her freshman yr. @ IU in early May.
