The sport of CrossFit is one of the fastest growing, most exciting opportunities out there for athletes looking to push the boundaries of human performance. Like any sport, CrossFit demands high levels of skill and coordination as well as strength, speed, power and endurance. Our competition program is rigorous by design and requires commitment, focus, and teamwork. Scheduling and start date is TBA.
Pre-requisits: You must test into CrossFit Competitor with Shaun for $25. You will perform a variety of skills tests.
- You need to arrive at least 20 minutes early so you are already warmed up, mobilized, and ready for training at the start of class.
- You will attend 3 regular group classes and 3 competitor workouts each week.
- When you miss a class, you must report to your coach.
- You must sign up for at least 3 competitions per year, 1-4 months apart.
- When you are working with the other competitors, you are on a team with them. You must show teamwork, spirit, and provide hope when the going gets tough. No man is left behind.
- The coach will provide specialized programming to improve your weaknesses outside of classes.
- You can use the CrossFit gym anytime we are open to work on this extra programming.
