Any Contract change must be made at least 5 business days before the end of the month for us to be able to process all of the changes on time. In the event you cancel within 5 days of the auto-payment, we may not refund your next month’s membership that automatically happens on the 1st. In addition, schedule changes may not be able to take place promptly.
Submit a new schedule
Any Member who wants to change their membership must let us know at least 5 days before the 1st of the changing month. Observe availability on our Class Schedule page and submit your changes below:
Cancel your contract
Memberships automatically renew on the 1st of each month. If you cancel your contract mid-month, then the cancellation is applied for the following month. For example, if you submit a cancellation on June 19, you have already paid for June; your Cancellation will take affect on July 1st. You will receive a confirmation copy upon submission.
