Contract Changes

Any Contract change must be made at least 5 business days before the end of the month for us to be able to process all of the changes on time. In the event you cancel within 5 days of the auto-payment, we may not refund your next month’s membership that automatically happens on the 1st.

MEMBERSHIP CHANGES

  • Do you want to choose a new frequency to start next month? submit the form below
  • Are you an old member coming back? You don’t have to retake On Ramp. submit the form below and ignore questions about your “old membership.” communicate in the “notes” area when you’d like to get started.
  • Do you want to cancel your membership? the form will ask you to submit a change or cancellation.  Choose the latter.

Memberships automatically renew on the 1st of each month.  If you cancel your contract mid-month, then the cancellation is applied for the following month. For example, if you submit a cancellation on June 19, you have already paid for June; your Cancellation will take affect on July 1st.  In the “notes” area, you can choose a day to stop your membership and we will pro-rate the days you can come.  You will receive a confirmation copy upon submission.
