A. 10 min of Power Snatch skill work. (pulling from floor)
B. Power Snatch: 5 rounds x 3 reps (or 10-12 min max) increasing weight each round.
C. Overhead Squat: 5 rounds x 3 reps (or 10-12 min max) increasing weight each round. (no heavier than 70-75% of 1 rm)
D. 2 x 25 GHD or straight leg ab mat sit-ups & 2x 25 GHD hip ext. or empty barbell good mornings (on your own)
