With the Holiday Schedule, you can come to any class time you want, no sign in and no sign outs. Simply arrive ready to workout.
Holiday Schedule dates: December 19-January 3. All classes are canceled from our regular schedule and the new schedule will take place: 6am, 7am, 9am, 5:15pm, 6:15pm, and noon on Fridays only.
24th: Christmas Eve has only 1 WOD at noon
25th: Christmas day is Closed
26th: 1/2 day 5:15pm and 6:15pm classes only
31st: 1/2 day New years eve: 6am, 7am, 9am
January 1st: 1/2 day New years day is 5:15pm and 6:15pm.
January 6 will resume the schedule below; your block classes will be back and running.

P1. EMOTM x 8 min: 3 body rows (as difficult as possible) + 2 kipping pull-ups + 1 strict pull-up

P2. Back squat. 70% x 3, 80% x 3 90% x 3+
*warmup with 3-5 reps at barbell, 50,60%.
