P2. EMOTM x 15 min total: min 1-5: 4 handstand pushups. min 6-10: 3 handstand pushups. min 11-15: 2 handstand pushups.
*make each working set as difficult as possible for individual. Ex: some may only be doing pushup-downdog others may be doing deficit hspu with pvc paralletes- sets don’t have to be unbroken, just completed within the min.
