WOD:
‘Nancy’ 5 rounds for time: 400m. Run, 15 Overhead squat (65,95#) (scale to 40-50% of 1 rm)

CWOD:
+10 min to warmup with basic body weight movements.
+10 min to work on weakness movements that are in this coming weekends competition.
Choose 1 body weight movement, 1 barbell movement and 1 misc. movement that you know need work.
+15 min to work on volume- reps and weight of the above movements.
