WOD: Part 1: Back Squat. 5@75%, 3@85%, 1+@95%
Part 2: Death by pullups
With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

  1. “Death by Pullups” it is!!! Could barely move my arms for at least 2 hours afterwards. Have you ever tried to use a mouse when your muscles are not responding to your mental commands? :) Good workout…good feelings!
