1-on-1 Training

For the general public, group training provides accountability; from our observations, you’ll show up regularly, work harder, and feel results faster in the groups.   However, there are few times where we suggest 1-on-1 training;  if you have specific needs due to medical conditions, pregnancy, past injuries, or have sports-specific needs (i.e. gymnastics or olympic lifting skill work), 1-on-1 training will benefit you.

Each 1-hour session is $60.  We can help create a workout that you are capable of performing, regardless of your current condition.  We are experts in functional movement and would love to help you gain a fitness routine that lasts a lifetime.
